Kieron Bowie set for Hibs transfer as Fulham striker to sign 4 year deal at Easter Road

Hibs are set to win the fight to land Scotland Under-21 star Kieron Bowie.

The Easter Road club have tabled a significant six-figure package and are close to an agreement with Fulham. The talented young striker has already been given permission to open talks with Hibs and a four-year deal has been agreed, with Bowie expected to get the green light to travel back to Scotland for a medical and to complete his move.

The 21-year-old moved to Fulham from Raith Rovers back in 2020. He has had two successful loans with Northampton Town in League One and Two in recent seasons and has also become a top pick for the Scotland Under-21s. Hibs see Bowie as a player with a big future and his signing as a major coup. Manager David Gray and technical director Malky Mackay have both worked hard on the deal, with the financial backing from the Easter Road board.

Hibs fought off major competition from Barnsley, Wrexham, Northampton and Wigan to land Bowie. The Easter Road club are also close to signing Canadian winger Junior Hoilett, the 34-year-old set to join as a free agent after leaving Aberdeen.

Gray is still looking to do more business with another midfielder his main priority. Wolves playmaker Joe Hodge has been training with Hibs, and they have already had bid for Dundee's Luke McCowan rejected.
