Kevin Owens and Becky Lynch troll WWE presenter in hilarious Twitter thread

Kevin Owens and Becky Lynch have provided WWE fans with some great off-screen entertainment with their post-match Twitter conversation.

During the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, Owens was left frustrated after he and Alpha Academy lost to Ezekiel and the Mysterios in a six-man tag team match.

Owens has been growing increasingly aggravated with Ezekiel as he tries to prove that he is not the younger brother of Elias, but rather Elias himself under a new name and gimmick.

Elias, whose real name is Jeffrey Sciullo, took a break from WWE last year after ending the chapter of his famous musician character.

Last month, Sciullo returned to the ring but with some notable changes. He sported wrestling trunks, had cut his hair and shaved off his beard, claiming to be Ezekiel, Elias’ brother.

Owens has been desperately trying to prove that the brothers are the same person and during a Raw Talk segment with presenter Kevin Patrick, he threatened to “beat the hell” out of Ezekiel at Hell in a Cell.

The Canadian star explained why Ezekiel has been ‘driving him insane’ with his new look and reeled off a theory he had been working on to try and expose the brother story as a lie.

“Maybe he was born Ezekiel and he did have a brother named Elias. But then his brother died 20 years ago, and then he came to WWE and that’s when he picked the name Elias as a tribute to his brother. But that still makes Ezekiel, Elias.”

A confused-looking Patrick cut the interview short, leaving Owens furious.

The Canadian then aired his frustrations during Becky Lynch’s Raw Talk segment and both he and Big Time Becks started to rant about Patrick.
