Kerry Katona was all smiles as she was seen posing in a thong to show off her continued weight loss after reaching a new milestone. The former Atomic Kitten star has been on a major health kick since last year.

Back in March 2023, Kerry revealed she is having an overhaul of her health and fitness after being given a different diagnosis. She shared with her social media followers how she had been diagnosed with Lipoedema, an abnormal build-up of fat in the legs and sometimes arms.

The condition, which is more common in women, can be painful and affect daily life according to the NHS. Having been seen on social media sticking to her workouts and healthy eating, Kerry previously detailed what diet she has been following in order to achieve her impressive weight loss.

Now, the mum-of-five celebrated a new milestone in her weight loss journey on Sunday (January 7), confirming she now weighs under 10 stone. Sharing her excitement with her 829k Instagram followers, Kerry explained how she has dropped from weighing 13st 3lb to 9st 11lb.

Posting a snap of herself standing barefoot on a set of weighing scales, the 43-year-old tagged her fitness platform in the caption and wrote: "@mfitofficial woohoo!!! From 13’3 come join me!!!!! Link in my bio @mfitofficial." Shen then returned to the platform with a mirror selfie as she lifted up her top and pulled down her trousers to show her trim waist.
