Kerry Katona made a cheeky remark about her exes as she stunned fans with her fresh transformation. The former Atomic Kitten has been undergoing a health and fitness overhaul of late after a few health issues.

Back in March, Kerry revealed she is having an overhaul of her health and fitness after being given a different diagnosis. She shared with her social media followers how she had been diagnosed with Lipoedema, an abnormal build-up of fat in the legs and sometimes arms.

The condition, which is more common in women, can be painful and affect daily life according to the NHS. Having been seen on social media sticking to her workouts and healthy eating, Kerry has now detailed what diet she has been following in order to achieve her impressive weight loss.

Kerry also shared she has suffered from 'chronic pain' for a number of years and in July was seen with a mask strapped around her face while medical professionals worked to increase her oxygen levels. She told her social media followers that they shouldn't panic and quickly explained that she was actually lying in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

Kerry was using the device to increase her oxygen levels in the hope that it will relieve the pain she has been suffering after being told she has scoliosis, which is a curvature of the spine.

And while she has recently been wowing with her weight loss, it was her new do that has now got her fans and followers talking. Taking to Instagram on Thursday (September 21), Kerry excitedly showed off her stunning new hair transformation - as
