Kent Senior Cup first-round and second-round draws include Ramsgate v Margate, Sittingbourne v Deal Town and Dover Athletic v Bromley as Herne Bay v Sheppey United is the sole preliminary round game

The Kent Senior Cup draw has delivered a tasty first-round local derby - for the second season running!

Ramsgate have been drawn at home to fierce rivals Margate, with the first-round fixture due to be held at Southwood.

Ben Greenhalgh’s side beat the Rams 1-0 through striker Ibrahim Olutade’s stoppage-time penalty in September after Gate keeper Tom Wray had saved two spot-kicks from Rams striker Joe Taylor at the same venue.

Whoever gets through will be handed home advantage against newly-promoted Championship club Charlton.

The sole preliminary round game will see Herne Bay host fellow Isthmian South East team Sheppey.

The victors will travel to Isthmian Premier Cray Wanderers and National League South side Maidstone enter at the second-round stage. They will take on one of those three teams.

Faversham will host Sevenoaks, with the winners of that first-round tie getting home advantage against Gillingham in round two.

Another first-round game sees VCD at home to Folkestone as defending champions Welling await in round two.

Erith Town have been handed home advantage against Dartford while another Isthmian Premier club, Chatham, will welcome Isthmian South East side Beckenham to the Bauvill Stadium.

Whoever wins those respective ties will earn a second-round clash against one another.

There’s a repeat of next month’s Isthmian South East opening-round game as Sittingbourne play Deal at home in round one - the victors at Tonbridge.

Ashford welcome Isthmian Premier Cray Valley to Homelands, Ebbsfleet taking on the victors in the second round.

Newly-promoted National League South side Dover will host National League Bromley in round two.
