Everton forward Richarlison could become a target for Juventus if they cannot land their priority option Giacomo Raspadori in the summer, according to a report.

It has been a turbulent season for Everton, who are in serious danger of suffering relegation. Even if they avoid the drop, they could lose some of their talent in the summer. Reports have suggested Richarlison is one of the players they could cash in on.

The Toffees may have to sacrifice either the Brazilian or his strike partner Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Neither have been at their best this year, but could still have several suitors.

For example, Richarlison has been linked with a move to Manchester United. But his next transfer could end up being outside the Premier League, if a certain chain of events unfolds.

According to La Repubblica, Juventus have placed Richarlison on their shortlist for the summer. He represents an alternative to Sassuolo starlet Raspadori, as do Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo and Ajax’s Antony.

Richarlison has never played in Italy before. His career pathway took him to Everton via America Mineiro and Fluminense in Brazil, then Watford in England.

Still only 24 years old, a summer transfer could reinvigorate him. Juventus are likely to have Champions League football on offer, so it would be a step up, too.
