Juventus brutally troll Manchester United after Sevilla defeat seals Europa League exit

Juventus trolled Manchester United on social media in the aftermath of their Europa League exit at the hands of Sevilla on Thursday night.

The Italian giants will face the Spanish side in the final four later this month instead of United after Erik ten Hag's team lost 3-0 in southern Spain. As Angel Di Maria and Paul Pogba missed out on an Old Trafford return with their former team being knocked out of the competition 5-2 on aggregate against Sevilla, Juventus took to TikTok to poke fun at United.

A video posted on the club's official account on the social media platform shows the badges of Juventus, Sevilla, Bayer Leverkusen and United attached to four characters from the 2010 film Four Lions. The quartet are seated in a van driven by the figure Juventus suggest is them in the scene.

Captioned 'Europa League semi-finals, HERE WE GO!' the clip shows three characters (Juventus, Sevilla and Bayer Leverkusen) singing along to the song Dancing in the Moonlight by Toploader. The fourth (United) looks thoroughly unimpressed throughout and shakes their head at the actions of those seated beside them.

The 12-second clip has been viewed over four million times in under 24 hours and has amassed more than 500,000 likes. It has also attracted over 5,000 comments, including some United supporters admitting that they found the video funny despite it being at their club's expense. Another individual claiming to be a Reds fan said they would be cheering on Juventus during the final four tie with Sevilla, hoping they would prevent the Spanish side from reaching the final.
