John Cena's favourite WWE Superstar: Former World Champion reveals surprising pick

John Cena recently took part in a Q&A with WWE on their TikTok page, where he revealed his favourite WWE Superstar.

John Cena, without doubt, one of the best WWE Superstars ever, and was pretty much the face of the company for over a decade before transitioning into Hollywood.

Cena’s movie commitments mean that he is unable to be a full-time WWE Superstar anymore, but when his schedule permits and the creative is right, he will always look to come back.

In his absence, several WWE stars have looked to step up to the plate, but it’s a relative newcomer that has really impressed Cena, with the former WWE Champion saying he’s his favourite wrestler.

As you can see above, when asked who his favourite WWE star is, Cena said Theory, the current United States Champion.

Cena then teased a match with Theory, something that many fans have speculated could be on the horizon.

WWE is reportedly very high on Theory, and see him as someone who has the potential to be as big as Cena, who when John next comes back to WWE, he could well put over the former NXT star.

During the same Q&A, Cena said that his favourite classic WWE Superstar is Andre The Giant, who is quite different from Theory, in case you didn’t know.

Cena as last in WWE during the summer of 2021, wrestling Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at SummerSlam.

The 16-time World Champion said that he needed to take some time away from WWE, as was expected, but is rumoured to be heading back to the company by WrestleMania 39 next year, which is good news.
