John Cena: 16x World Champion praises top AEW star

It seems as if one of AEW’s most entertaining stars has caught the attention of John Cena as the 16x World Champion heaped praise on them for their character and the charisma oozed from their persona.

In a recent interview with Forbes contributor and co-host of the Wrestling Inc Podcast, Alfred Konuwa. John Cena discussed the upcoming release of the highly anticipated WWE series, WWE Evil which is set to be released on Peacock.

Cena would discuss his insight into different areas of the professional wrestling business and what makes a great heel. Also, he gave his verdict on the upcoming anticipated main event taking place at the most stupendous Wrestlemania of all time when Brock Lesnar goes one-on-one to unify the WWE and Universal Championships.

However, interesting enough in this interview John Cena singled out an AEW talent. This is Max Caster. Caster who is one half of The Acclaimed alongside Anthony Bowens has seen a rise in popularity due to his gift of gab which has seen parallels to the early years of John Cena’s career when he was the Doctor Of Thuganomics.

Cena has even gone to say that Caster would easily beat the Doctor Of Thuganomics in a rap battle.

Cena stated that when he first heard Caster he was:“Extremely Gifted” and he also wanted someone to “pass over his information right away”.

Cena also pitched some advice for Caster and staying relevant.Cena stated when talking about Caster further that “He’s spectacular. As long as he keeps everything in a realistic perspective, he shows great potential”.

You can watch AEW internationally on FITE TV.
