ITV The Masked Singer fans say 'I can hear it' as they're 'convinced' Bush is EastEnders star

The Masked Singer has returned to screens for its brand new series with 12 secret celebrities hiding behind their characters. At the start of Sunday's episode (January 5), Spag Bol became the first to be unmasked, as it was revealed to be Kate Garraway.

The show then kicked off with performances from the six remaining characters, including Bush, Bear, Pegasus, Pufferfish, Toad In The Hole and Wolf.

But it was when Bush took to the stage that viewers of the ITV show were immediately 'convinced' they knew which famous face was hidden underneath.

Prior to their performance, clues to the star's identity were unveiled, such as it's 'time to be a bit theatrical, no more playing around', and that they were 'no coward'. They also said 'People think bush is boring but I don't let that drag me down'. Physical clues included props such as a judges wig and a pair of binoculars.

The panel, made up of Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan and Maya Jama, were joined for Sunday's show by actress Vicky McClure. They each made their predictions, which included Billy Piper, Catherine O'Hara and Charlie Dimmock.

But viewers all said 'I can hear it' as they instantly recognised Bush's voice once they began to sing. Fans believe that it is in fact EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy, who plays Sonia Fowler on the BBC soap. ,
