Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd stuns fans with 'unpredictable' move amid Masked Singer comments

Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd has surprised fans with an 'unpredictable' move away from the cobbles as he seemingly boosted his chances of appearing on The Masked Singer at some point.

The actor took to social media with a video that his followers weren't expecting as he was seen enjoying some time out on the town over the weekend which saw him not shying away from taking to the mic in a karaoke session.

Jack, who is famed for playing David Platt in ITV's Corrie, could be seen sporting his trademark slim jeans and leather jacket as he gave a rendition of Michael Jackson's 'The Way You Make Me Feel' his absolute all.

Captioning the video, the soap star wrote to his 450,000 followers: "Hee Hee." Corrie co-star Andy Whyment, who is no stranger to getting behind the mic at the soap's yearly bashes, was quick to comment with a string of crying laughing emojis before adding: "Brilliant mate."

Jack Webster co-star Kyran Bowes also commented: "Get you on the masked singer @maskedsingerliveuk." Meanwhile, Sally Ann Matthews, who is famed for playing Jenny Connor in the ITV soap, simply posted in the comments: "Good lord."

Jack wasn't a one-song-wonder either as his fiancee Hanni Treweek also posted a video to her Instagram Story showing her future husband going for it while singing Rayvon and Shaggy's 2000 track 'Angel'.
