ITV Coronation Street's Elle Mulvaney stuns in pink in secret soap tribute

Coronation Street star Elle Mulvaney looked ready for spring as she added a pop of colour to her latest outfit. The actress, who is best known for playing Amy Barlow, took to Instagram with a fresh-faced selfie which also paid a secret tribute to a former character on the ITV soap.

The 19-year-old posed for the selfie outside as a glimmer of the sun could be seen hitting her brunette locks. She gave a gentle smize for the camera as she rocked a hot pink blazer over a white t-shirt.

It appeared that Elle had accessorised her look with a bag featuring a chunky chain strap but the rest of her look couldn't be seen in the photo.

The bubbly barmaid said an emotional goodbye to her friends and family as she headed off to start a new life in Australia with her soulmate Jon Spear.

Following her exit scenes, Alexandra, 28, thanked fans in a video message for their support and said 'goodbye for now.' "I really have had the best time of my life and I'm so, so grateful," she said. "Goodbye for now and lots of love." Alexandra, who arrived on the famous street as Emma in April 2018, previously said about Emma's exit while keeping the final scenes under wraps: "I'm happy definitely. Yep. It is the right ending."
