After 11 weeks of hostilities, Spartans FC and Lagos Rebels will lock horns in an epic final game of the 2023 SFFL Bowl Coed Flag Football season, which has a N2.5 prize money.

The final game of the tournament will hold at the Meadow Hall, Alma Beach Estate, Lekki Lagos.

Speaking ahead of the final game, which kicks off by 3.00 p.m., SFFL Coed Flag Football League Commissioner, Adejumo Adebare, said that the league, since its inception, has helped to promote and create awareness of the sport in Nigeria.

Adebare promised that the championship final would be highly entertaining as Spartans FC and Lagos Rebels have quality male and female players that could make the difference in the encounter.

“We have 10 teams in the SFFL Coed Flag Football League and Spartans FC and Lagos Rebels are the last two teams standing after 11 weeks of action. They will take to the field to earn the top prize money, trophy, ring and the bragging rights as the ultimate Season X team.

“Spartans FC and Lagos Rebels overcame the top seeds, Titan Athletics and Lagos Athletics respectively to make it to the Showtime Bowl finale.

“The Championship ring given to the players of the winning team signifies their entry into an exclusive club of Showtime Flag Football League winners and it stands them out as SFFL Showtime Royalty,” he said.
