‘It's like living in a luxury hotel with five star facilities - you never want to leave'

Manchester's build-to-rent market is ever-growing, and with demand continuing to outweigh supply, new apartment blocks are popping up left, right and centre. Across the city centre and Salford now lie a range of newly built rental properties, providing tenants with modern apartments coupled with stand-out facilities and the security and stability of longer-term tenancies.

Amongst the latest rental offering is Cortland at Colliers Yard, a 50-storey residential tower in the Greengate area of Salford. Even prior to its opening in November 2023, the shiny new skyscraper attracted 100-plus enquiries per day, with residents eager to fill up the 559 apartments and penthouses on offer.

With its three floors of communal space and impressive amenities including a games room, enormous state-of-the-art gym, spin studio, a golf simulator and private dining spaces, it's no wonder residents never want or need to leave the premises.
