'It's happening' - Wolves fans pile in on Man Utd misery after defeat at Arsenal
Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have taken to social media to respond to Manchester United's defeat at Arsenal, as they battle for a European spot.
United's 3-1 defeat against the Gunners has given Wolves an opportunity to leapfrog them in the race for a Europe finish, this season. The Red Devils are currently sixth on 54 points, while Wolves sit eighth on 49, with two games in hand over the Manchester side.
Seventh placed West Ham, who take on Chelsea tomorrow afternoon, will also have an opportunity to leapfrog Ralf Rangnick's side, should they come away victorious. With that in mind, here is what the Wolves faithful had to say...
"Wolves please win tomorrow. I need to be getting giddy over the European dream again."
"We have a good chance of finishing above at least West Ham or United. Man U are in free fall and West Ham have their eye on the Europa. BUT we must win tomorrow."
"Two games in hand on United win them both and we’re 6th. It's happening"
"European dream still alive."
"Wolves and West Ham will finish above Man United 100%."
"Look at their fixtures left and believe!"
