The average rent in Manchester city centre now costs £1,280 per month, according to a recent economy report from Manchester Council, but this property offers much more than your typical apartment, at a cost of around £2,885 per week.

The three-bed penthouse, which is up for rent on Zoopla for the first time, is the best on offer inside the Elizabeth Tower taking over the 48th, 49th and 50th floors.

Inside, the brand-new home is nothing short of elegant with modern fixtures and fittings as well as luxury furniture included within the price.

Spanning 3,200 square foot, the apartment is incredibly spacious with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and outdoor space.
