A teenage labourer at a skip hire firm died after machinery hit a wall causing a concrete block to fall on him, a coroner has been told.

A joint investigation by the police and Health and Safety Executive (HSE), which has seen two people arrested, is continuing. An inquest into Oliver's death was opened into his death at Rochdale Coroner's Court this morning (Thursday) where further details regarding the tragedy were outlined.
