"I understand": Journo drops Everton transfer update that'll leave Lampard scrambling - opinion

Everton have been in talks with Tottenham Hotspur to agree on a deal for Harry Winks that could include a move for Richarlison, and now a new update has emerged on the progress.

In terms of Winks, the Spurs midfielder is reportedly on Lampard’s transfer shortlist this summer as the manager looks to bolster his midfield
