I tried Manchester's newest interactive game show and I left fuming
If you’re a game show fanatic then you’re in luck thanks to Manchester’s latest attraction. From an unbelievably difficult crazy golf course to a laser maze, Challenge Point on Newton Street in the Northern Quarter looks like a guaranteed good time.
From the team behind the Breakout Escape Room and the Virtual Hideout, Challenge Point opened in early October. Recently we headed down there to test our wits and see we would fair in the interactive game show.

An experience that takes up to 90-minutes, you find yourself in challenges like a ball pit that requires you to throw the right coloured balls in the correct box, a mini golf course that is infuriatingly difficult, a laser maze that asks you to do your best Tom Cruise impression to reach win points and a quiz game where you have to shoot nerf darts at the likes of Beyoncé, Albert Einstein, Peppa Pig and more to answer the questions.
We were in a group of four during our visit to the centre meaning each team had two people coming together to solve puzzles, crawl on the floor and put golf balls to be crowned victor. The games really tested your mettle and were physically demanding and even more so mentally.
