Manchester United must do two things they have never done to keep Champions League dream alive

It's pretty straightforward for Manchester United in midweek; they need to win if they are to have any realistic hopes of playing in the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Erik ten Hag's side currently sit rock bottom in Group A with just one win from their opening four matches, and even that one was only thanks to a last-second penalty stop from Andre Onana.

United have never scored an away goal against Galatasaray in three previous attempts (two 0-0 draws and a 1-0 defeat). It’s the most away European games they’ve played against an opponent without scoring.

Tomorrow will also mark the eighth time Galatasaray has hosted English opposition in the Champions League. Chelsea and Arsenal are the only two Premier League sides to have ever won in the competition.

Yet there is one
