I sent Matt O'Riley on his way and Celtic star can go well beyond Brighton

Stephen Robinson has quipped he helped set Matt O'Riley on his way in his career and insists his talent could take him ANYWHERE.

Celtic are set to bank a Scottish record transfer free from Brighton for the midfielder with the deal expected to go through imminently. The Hoops' fan favourite is set to net the Parkhead side a whopping £30million in a mega deal with the Seagulls. The deal will feature a £25m fixed fee which will hit the £30m mark with add-ons.

Kyogo has also been linked with EPL giants Manchester City and the St Mirren boss has joked he wants the pair OUT of Celtic before they meet on Sunday. Robinson has no desire to face O'Riley again. Robinson joked: “We hope these deals are done by Sunday – that would be fantastic news! Look, both are fantastic footballers. But Celtic have a squad of great depth and Brendan Rodgers has recruited very well as always.
