'I'll get you out' - Piers Morgan sends Cristiano Ronaldo offer to Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho

Piers Morgan has offered Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho a Cristiano Ronaldo-esque interview following his public disagreement with Erik ten Hag.

Following the defeat to Arsenal on Sunday, Ten Hag was asked why Sancho was missing from the squad. The Dutchman responded by declaring the England international's performances in training had not been good enough.

An unimpressed Sancho, responded to the comments from his manager on social media. In a statement he wrote: "Please don't believe everything you read. I will not allow people saying things that is completely untrue, I have conducted myself in training very well this week.

"I believe there are other reasons for this matter which I won't go into, I've been a scapegoat for a long time which isn't fair! All I want to do is play football with a smile on my face and contribute to the team.

"I respect all decisions that are made by the coaching staff, I play with fantastic players and grateful to do so which I know every week is a challenge. I will continue to fight for this badge no matter what!"

Not one to miss an opportunity to stick the boot in on the United boss, presenter Morgan quote tweeted Sancho's statement, writing: "Hi Jadon, come on Piers Morgan Uncensored and I'll get you out of this Ten Hag nightmare."

Last November, Morgan infamously hosted Ronaldo on his TalkTV show where the Portuguese icon took the opportunity to attack Ten Hag, the Glazers, the club as a whole and former teammates Gary Neville and Wayne Rooney. Soon after the full interview had been broadcast, United and Ronaldo came to an agreement on his departure.
