'I don't get it' - Manchester United fans say same thing as Andre Onana decision made vs Arsenal
Erik ten Hag has named his starting line-up for Manchester United's pre-season tour opener against Arsenal at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey this evening.
United, who last played in the United States back in 2018, will be looking to maintain their strong start to pre-season and record a third successive win. The Reds defeated Lyon 1-0 in their second friendly in Edinburgh on Wednesday.
The clash with the French outfit saw Ten Hag refuse to pick any members of his squad that had been on international duty during the off-season. However, almost all of them have travelled to the US, marking a significant juncture in the club's pre-season campaign.
Unsurprisingly, some of them have been included in the Dutchman's starting XI this evening, such as Luke Shaw and Alejandro Garnacho. They look set to join forces down the left wing.

Meanwhile, the likes of Harry Maguire, Christian Eriksen and Marcus Rashford have been named among the substitutes. However, the likes of new signing Andre Onana, Dean Henderson and Anthony Martial have not been included in the matchday squad.
Having made the decision to name his strongest starting line-up of pre-season so far, Ten Hag will be hoping to gather as much information as possible from what will be the Reds' toughest test of the summer so far. It is the absence of new recruit Onana that has attracted the most attention from United's supporters in the immediate aftermath of the team news being confirmed.
