Hull FC talking points: Attitude questioned, club DNA issue and season slipping away

Hull FC suffered their biggest defeat of the Brett Hodgson reign, losing 16-62 to Leeds Rhinos on Saturday afternoon. The Black and Whites conceded eleven tries in total, and are now left clinging onto a Super League play-off position.

There was a real lack of defensive intent in Hull and the way Leeds scored their tries was far too easy. The Rhinos, who obviously deserve some credit, toyed with Hull. They completely and utterly humiliated them and right now with ten games of the season still to play, it looks like a long way back. Yet if one thing is to be learned from the Radford era, it was to expect the unexpected. You all know the clichés, and Dr Jekyll will be back soon.

Brett Hodgson only spoke briefly about both
