Huddersfield Giants lose three men to suspension as RFL Match Review Panel ban five players
Huddersfield Giants will be without three players due to suspension when they travel to Wakefield Trinity on Thursday. Tui Lolohea (Grade B Tripping), Jack Cogger (Grade C Other Contrary Behaviour) and Chris Hill (Grade B Dangerous Contact) have been handed bans following Saturday’s 32-10 defeat at Warrington Wolves.
Lolohea and Hill will serve one-game bans and Cogger has been suspended for the Giants’ next two matches. St Helens forward James Bell (Grade B Dangerous Contact) will also serve a two-game ban following Friday’s 30-10 defeat at Castleford Tigers. Hull FC playmaker Josh Reynolds (Grade B Other Contrary Behaviour) will serve a one-match following Sunday’s 14-8 loss at Catalans Dragons.
The match saw Dragons forward Benjamin Jullien charged with a Grade A High Tackle but he has been given a 0 Match Penalty Notice. Salford's Alex Gerrard was cautioned but also received no charge.
