How will Brendan Rodgers spend Celtic's £30m transfer budget this summer? Saturday Jury

Scott Burns: This might be controversial but I think he needs a new goalkeeper to take the team to the next level. Joe Hart has been a good servant but still isn’t the most comfortable with the ball at his feet. Celtic also need another ball-playing centre half and I think a midfield playmaker.

Gordon Parks: Bolstering the heart of defence and a midfielder who can add a creative spark.

Michael Gannon: It depends on sales and the ability to upgrade current roles. He needs back up in the full back and centre half positions but if he signs three £8m men in midfield and the attack it would be interesting.

Scott: The first port of call has to be putting wins on the board and getting out of the group stages of the Champions League. If you get the luck of the draw then it should be possible.

Gordon: Champions League knock-out stage football is where Celtic need to be targeting but it’s easier said than done. If that can’t be achieved then they need to go deep into the Europa League.

Michael: It’s still a tough environment but third spot in the Champions League group and winning a knockout tie in the Europa would be a great start.

Scott: He would definitely be a real asset for Rangers. The issue is Michael Beale has said he won’t go back in for QPR players. Will that change? I would certainly try to get him.

Gordon: Yes. He’s an ideal recruit as he knows the league and is improving season on season. He’ll be a 20 plus goal a season man if they can get him.

Michael: Big Lyndon is top notch and he’s do a job for most sides. No doubt he’d be a decent addition to the squad at Ibrox but I’m not sure he is what Gers need right now, especially domestically.

Scott: It is certainly going to be a lot harder with three away games.
