How to watch the Commonwealth Games on CBC

CBC is the home of the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, with daily coverage from July 23 through Aug. 2.

CBC has television coverage of Glasgow 2026 every afternoon. The schedule changes daily, so check here for listings. The opening ceremony goes Thursday, July 23 at 2:30 pm ET.

Digital coverage can be found on all of CBC’s platforms, with a full streaming schedule available on CBC Gem and cbc.ca that features over 1,200 hours of live event programming.

CBC Gem features a special Commonwealth Games section where fans can find links to every stream available, both live and full event replays. Event streams can be sorted by sport and by CBC’s special coverage, which includes the opening and closing ceremonies, daily broadcasts and the Commonwealth Games Channel — a day-long live look at all the action integrated in one feed.
