How Man City should line up vs Leeds United in Premier League fixture

Manchester City are in Premier League action once again on Saturday as they welcome Leeds United to the Etihad Stadium.

City stretchered their unbeaten run to 19 matches on Wednesday as they overcame a resolute West Ham to eventually run out comfortable 3-0 winners. A returning Nathan Ake opened the scoring before Erling Haaland broke the Premier League record for the most goals in a single season with a wonderful chip and Phil Foden rounded off the scoring.

With Arsenal not in action until they face high-flying Newcastle on Sunday, Pep Guardiola's side have the chance to press their advantage on the Gunners and stretch their lead at the top of the table to four points. New Leeds boss Sam Allardyce will certainly be hoping to spoil the fun though in his bid to keep the Yorkshire club in the top flight.

The Blues boss may be boosted by the return of Kevin De Bruyne. The brilliant Belgian has missed the last two games with a knock but returned to training on Thursday and will have been given a final assessment in Friday's afternoon session. But with a trip to Real Madrid to come in the Champions League semi-finals on Tuesday, it will be interesting to see what side Guardiola opts for.
