Hibs vs Celtic LIVE team news and build-up ahead of the Premiership clash

The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is in full swing but Easter Road is the only place to be for capital thrills on matchday two of the Scottish Premiership.

It's rarely dull when Celtic travel to Leith to face Hibs and the fact Brendan Rodgers only notched his first victory as Hoops boss there last season shows just how tough a venue it can be.

But if that is to be the case today then rookie boss David Gray will need a reaction from his players after last week's 3-0 defeat to St Mirren in Paisley.

The Edinburgh club have put their faith in the legendary Scottish Cup -winning captain after the 36-year-old stepped in as temporary boss on previous occasions.

This is the first of a double header against Celtic for Gray and his men, with a Premier Sports Cup clash at Parkhead to follow seven days later.

Hibs will want to lay down a marker but it will be tough going against a Celtic side who looked in ominous form for their domestic rivals with a thumping 4-0 win against Kilmarnock on the opening day.

Last time out at Easter Road, Adam Idah was the hero for Celtic scoring a penalty double.

His first game early doors but his second, to take the game to 2-1, was into injury time and made him a fan's favourite immediately.

However, as Celtic fans know all too well, he certainly won't be featuring this afternoon as he remains a Norwich City player.

The Champions have been unsuccessful with their opening bids for the striker but remain focussed on reuniting with the target man as negotiations continue with the English club.

Idah came off the bench for the final 30 minutes yesterday for Norwich as they lost 2-0 away to Oxford United.

To win:
