Hibs take Kanayo Megwa on Dubai winter training camp as Airdrie braced for loan recall

Defender Kanayo Megwa will miss Airdrie's big Championship clash with Dunfermline this weekend after his parent club Hibs flew him out to Dubai for their winter training camp.

An Airdrie statement read: "We can confirm that defender Kanayo Megwa has joined parent club Hibernian on their mid-season training camp in Dubai, and will therefore be unavailable for Saturday's match at Dunfermline Athletic.
