Helen Flanagan shows fans 'inside her heart' after sharing recent anxiety struggle

Helen Flanagan has been flooded with messages from fans as she showed them 'inside her heart'. The actress took to social media with a video of herself and her children as she's having to spend time, on and off, away from them while filming the upcoming series of Celebs Go Dating.

In the clip, Helen appeared in a plunging floral gown as she geared up for a glamorous outing while capturing her three young children - Matilda, Delilah and Charlie - not quite getting the posing memo but ended up making a sweet clip instead documenting the happiness and chaos of family life.

Alongside the clip, the 33-year-old wrote to her one million followers: "What the inside of my heart looks like," before adding: "Delilah is me," and adding Cordelia's 'Little Life' as the soundtrack.

Celebs Go Dating expert Anna Williamson was quick to comment on the post, writing: "Beautiful family," while Helen's fans and followers were also responding to the clip and relating to it.

It comes a few days after she shared the same video to her Instagram Story and said: "Struggled the last few days with my head and not been sleeping well and got a lot of anxiety... Wanted to share if anyone else is feeling the same. You will feel better again and it will pass."
