Hamilton Accies announce board room shake-up as side maintains 100 per cent league start

Hamilton Accies have announced a boardroom shake-up at the club, as new owner Seref Zengin heralds in a new era.

Zengin is owner and chief executive, with John Brown taking over as chairman.

Bob Hay takes over as vice-chairman, while Gerry Strain is director of football.

Danny Doherty is secretary, and Stephen McCallion is commercial director.

The changes come into effect following a board meeting on Friday, ahead of the side's 3-0 win at Edinburgh City on Saturday, that continues their 100 per cent start to League One.

Owner Zengin said in a statement: "As a board we are looking forward to overseeing the running of our football club."
