Hairy Biker Dave Myers shares cancer health update and reveals co-star Si King's kind gesture during treatment

Hairy Bikers star Dave Myers has hailed his friend and co-presenter Si King as he revealed one of his kind gestures as he underwent gruelling cancer treatment. The 66-year-old TV chef announced his cancer diagnosis in May 2022.

Dave, who hasn't specified where the cancer was found, shared the news of his cancer diagnosis on an episode of the pair's Agony Uncles podcast and said that he didn't want to 'hide under a rock', but would be away from work and asked fans to 'respect his privacy' as he underwent treatment.

He has since had treatment and welcomed in 2023 by saying cancer was ‘something one learns to live with’. Dave has now offered an update on his progress as he spoke about his friendship with Si.
