Greater Manchester's cheapest homes that sold for £50,000 or less this year

With house prices soaring across the region, buying a reasonably priced home can often be quite hard to come by. But as it turns out, there are certain areas of Greater Manchester where house hunters can bag a bargain, with some homes selling for less than £50,000.

The cheapest properties bought across the region so far this year have now been revealed. These affordable homes were purchased between January and March 2022, with sold prices starting as low as £38,000.

The bargain homes are each located in Greater Manchester's cheapest boroughs, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale and Wigan, where homes sell for much less than region's average house price of £242,392.
