Grealish, Kovacic, Bernardo - Man City injury round-up and return dates before Chelsea

Jack Grealish and Bernardo Silva both limped out of Manchester City's Champions League win at Copenhagen to hand Pep Guardiola more injury concerns.

City had already left Mateo Kovacic and Josko Gvardiol back in Manchester as they were both unfit to travel, with the returning Grealish lasting just 20 minutes on his first start in six games for the Blues. Grealish hopped away from an innocuous challenge and soon went down holding his groin. Despite attempting to continue, the winger was taken off and looked distraught as he walked down the tunnel.

Later in the game, Bernardo was on the receiving end of a nasty challenge that caught him on the ankle, ripping his socks in the process. With City leading, Bernardo was replaced after trying unsuccessfully to run off the knock.

Grealish limped out of the Copenhagen win after just 20 minutes, after proving himself worthy of a start to Guardiola. After the game, Guardiola confirmed that the injury was muscular, but couldn't put a timeframe on Grealish's return.
