Graeme Souness blown away by Celtic but giddy Rangers hero adamant title race is ON as he offers transfer tip

"The club have a great deal to look forward to, especially if they can strengthen in this window. They are two goalscorers short and if they can resolve that, it will be game-on for them. I like the way Philippe Clement has set his team up. I liked the way they tried to play last week."
