'Get a refund': Liam Gallagher has snappy response for fan who splashed out $800 on tickets

Liam Gallagher has told a fan she can 'get a refund' after revealing her favourite Oasis track won't be on the setlist of the reunion shows.

Millions joined the scramble for tickets for the 17 dates of their comeback tour in the UK and Ireland next summer, including five at Heaton Park.

They have since announced two further dates at Wembley Stadium next September following fan fury over long queues and surge pricing during the fraught sales process, which the band insist they weren't aware of. They have said they want to 'small step towards making amends' for the situation.

This morning, Liam enagaged in an informal Q+A wiith fans on his feed on X, formerly Twitter, after a post saying: "MOONING." One said to him: "i just spent 800 dollars on u liam, u better play don't go away or else." He replied: "That’s not on the list I’m afraid you can get a refund so I’m being told just saying."

He also appeared sympathetic when another told him of their troubles last Saturday. "Morning LG… When are those extra Wembley tickets gonna be available?

"Tried to get Manc ones last Sat, but was chucked off!" one fan said. "I’m not sure Rkid if that’s what happened I’m sure someone will be in touch coz that ain’t cool good luck" Liam replied.

He was asked yesterday what his mum thought of the reunion and he said: "She's gutted she couldn't get a ticket." And when one fan today said: "Not to be rude but if im not able to get tickets i hope the concerts get cancelled." He replied: "That’s exactly what peg said unbelievable attitude."
