Gemma Atkinson reveals Gorka Marquez disagreement over second child saying he was 'having none of it'

Gemma Atkinson has revealed the disagreement she had with Gorka Marquez amid the birth of their second child after offering an honest update on their latest Christmas together.

The couple are proud parents to two youngsters having met and fallen in love on Strictly Come Dancing. The pair met in the ballroom during the 2017 series, during which Gemma was paired with professional dancer Aljaz Skorjanec and Gorka, also a pro on the show, was teamed-up with singer and actress Alexandra Burke, with both couples making it through to the final.

They went official with their romance in 2018 and in July 2019 welcomed their first child together, daughter Mia. The loved-up couple got engaged when Gorka popped the question on Valentine's Day in 2021 and have since welcomed their second child, son Thiago, into the world in July 2023.

After giving a glimpse into their big family Christmas, over the weekend, Bury-born Gemma shared a video in which Thiago, one, could be seen sitting on the sofa alongside his dad. While Gorka was on his laptop, his young son was copying him on his own toy version.

However, alongside the sweet sight, Gemma revealed: "Santa bought Mia a little computer for her maths and English. Thiago claimed it and 5 fights so far have been had over it." She then added: "Thankfully, uncle Tyler had a word with Santa at Amazon Prime and another one's arrived [cryining laughing emoji]."

Gemma has since been seen taking some time for herself as the fitness fan got back into her routine.
