Gemma Atkinson left emotional as she 'changes pensioner's life' with one phone call during maternity leave

Gemma Atkinson appeared emotional as she was able to 'change a pensioner's life' with just one phone call as she popped back to work during her maternity leave. The Hits Radio host has been off the airwaves since the summer as she welcomed her second child into the world.

"So, with that money, he's going to buy himself and motorhome and go on holidays around the UK with Hooky his dog... I mean, God bless him. It was lovely doing that. I really enjoyed it. It's so exciting knowing you're going to change
