Gemma Atkinson has left fans 'sad' and 'gutted' as she shared a message about it being the 'end' with Gorka Marquez. The pair have been delighting their loyal followers in recent weeks through the airing of their first-ever reality show.

Gemma, 38, and Gorka, 33, opened up their lives and Greater Manchester home to the cameras in their very own show, Gemma & Gorka: Life Behind the Lens. They shared at the time of the show announcement how the 'wonderful crew' had been on hand to document their second pregnancy journey "showing not only the absolute utter chaos of our day-to-day lives at home juggling work, dogs, toddlers and hormones."

And after the couple, who met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2017 before making their romance official the following year, welcomed baby son Thiago Thomas Marquez into the world in July, just over four years after their first-born, daughter Mia, was born.

The first episode saw Gemma and Gorka share all about the moment they first met six years ago before going on to welcome their first-born, daughter Mia, in 2019 before getting engaged on Valentine's Day in 2021 and welcoming their second child. The cameras then followed them as they prepared for the arrival of their son whilst also managing their work commitments and life with a toddler.

Then, during Wednesday night's (September 13) third and final episode, viewers were introduced to Thiago, known as Tio for short, as Gemma shared her birth story after having a C-section after hoping for a VBAC - vaginal birth after a section.
