Gary O'Neil explains Wolves transfer u-turn on Matheus Nunes to Man City

Gary O'Neil says Manchester City presented an improved offer to Wolves for Matheus Nunes which persuaded the club to sell him, having previously suggested that the midfielder would remain at Molineux.
