Gary Neville slams Manchester United 'graveyard' as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer shares Jude Bellingham verdict

Manchester United return to Premier League action tomorrow when they welcome Brentford to Old Trafford.

Erik ten Hag has overseen a dismal start to the campaign, with his side suffering six defeats in their opening 10 games. The latest came in the Champions League on Tuesday as they were beaten 3-2 by Galatasaray despite twice taking the lead.

The Dutchman is under increasing pressure to turn United's fortunes around and will hope to do so when he welcomes the Bees to M16. Thomas Frank's side have also started the season poorly but come to a ground they haven't won at since 1937.

Neville slams United

Gary Neville believes Manchester United has become a 'graveyard' where promising managers and players fail to improve.

United are currently in the midst of their worst start to a season for 39 years, having lost a second consecutive Champions League match against Galatasaray on Tuesday. Rasmus Hojlund twice gave his side the lead but saw both goals quickly wiped out before Mauro Icardi netted the winner.

There are many facets to United's concerning start but the poor form of key players has been pivotal. Casemiro and Raphael Varane have been way off the pace, while Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes are yet to recreate last season's magic.

Two of United's three big-money summer signings have also been poor, with Andre Onana and Mason Mount failing to hit the ground running. Hojlund has been the exception and a shining light in an otherwise dismal campaign.
