After coming into the first team and settling like a duck to water, Mainoo has been rewarded with his first senior call-up ahead of England's friendlies against Brazil and Belgium. Unsurprisingly United fans are delighted to see the midfielder gain recognition with his performances making him a strong contender for Player of the Season for the Reds.

What MEN Sport says: Anyone who has watched Mainoo regularly will agree that a call-up to the senior England squad was needed sooner rather than later.
