Furious West Ham players to demand a pay rise after discovering Kurt Zouma's weekly wage

The fallout from Kurt Zouma’s shocking cat abuse video shows no signs of stopping.

Despite starting West Ham’s match against Watford on Tuesday, the repercussions are coming thick and fast.

Adidas confirmed the defender is “is no longer a contracted athlete” and Vitality said it was suspending its sponsorship with the east London club.

A number of players could now demand sharp pay raises as a result of Zouma’s salary being confirmed.

Another decision the club have to make is whether to play Zouma once again in West Ham’s Premier League clash with Leicester on Sunday. David Moyes came under fire with the decision to play the former Chelsea man against Watford.

Moyes explained his decision to play the centre-back by saying: “I’m really disappointed, and the club have taken all the
