Fulham identify the Manchester United man they have to stop

Fulham boss Marco Silva has hailed Manchester United's in form striker Rasmus Hojlund ahead of their trip to Old Trafford this weekend.

Silva praised the young forward who has six goals in six games, saying he has great potential. Hojlund's goals have helped United to five wins on the spin to reinvigorate their Champions League charge. And Silva is a fan.

"You can see the talent and the quality," Silva said. "Since he arrived you can see that he's a young striker and young players need time to adapt and understand the ideas. When they start to score they become more confident and I can see this in Hojlund.

"He is a really strong player when he attacks in behind and it's clear for me that he has the capacity to have a very good run while he is at Manchester United. Let's hope we can block and defend him well because he's a good player."

Joao Palhinha will miss Fulham's next two games after getting his 10th yellow card last Saturday. Silva knows Palhinha is key to his team and is helping him find the right way to play.

"He is a really important piece of our team and plays in an important position," Silva explained. "We don't want to take from Joao the aggressiveness which he plays with but at the same time we're working with him to get the balance in some situations."

Silva has also told Armando Broja to wait for his chance at Fulham after the striker found himself struggling for minutes behind the in-form Rodrigo Muniz since joining on loan from Chelsea in the winter transfer window.
