'Finished' - Manchester United fans have transfer theory after Erik ten Hag decision vs Luton

Erik ten Hag has named his starting line-up for Manchester United's Premier League encounter with Luton Town at Old Trafford this afternoon.

United, who are facing the Hatters in a league fixture for the first time since 1992, will be looking to bounce back from Wednesday night's gut-wrenching 4-3 defeat to FC Copenhagen in the Champions League. Having made two changes to the side that was beaten in Denmark less than 72 hours ago, Ten Hag will be hoping his side produces a much-needed response, as they go in search of a second straight league win. It is the omission of Varane from the starting line-up that has attracted the most attention from United's supporters in the immediate aftermath of the team news being confirmed.
