Chelsea star Sam Kerr will reportedly join Kylian Mbappé on the front cover of FIFA 23.

With the trailer for FIFA 23 set to be released later this month, anticipation for the latest edition of the football video game is building.

As excitement grows, more information about FIFA 23 is being leaked, and the latest piece of news has left women’s football fans incredibly excited.

According to Donk Trading, Australian striker Kerr has earned a spot alongside Mbappé on the cover of the game.

The 23-year-old Mbappé, who currently plays for Paris Saint-Germain, has been the game’s cover star for the past two editions. But he has previously appeared by himself, so will now have to make room for another icon.

Kerr has truly established herself as one of the best in women’s football, earning her second successive Golden Boot in the Women’s Super League last season.

In fact, she is the only player to win the Golden Boot in three different leagues – the NWSL, the W-League and the WSL.
