Fenerbahce boss confirms Altay Bayindir exit amid Manchester United transfer interest

Fenerbahce manager Ismail Kartal has confirmed Altay Bayindir is leaving the club amid Manchester United's interest in the goalkeeper.

United want to sign a new goalkeeper to compete with Andre Onana before the transfer window shuts. Dean Henderson is the current No.2 but has transfer interest from Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest.

Bayindir appeared to say farewell to Fenerbahce's supporters ahead of their Europa Conference League play-off tie against FC Twente. And after the match his manager confirmed his exit but didn't name his destination.
