Fans say 'no way' as Coronation Street star Jane Danson is seen cosying up to pop star on milestone birthday

Fans were left stunned after Coronation Street star Jane Danson was seen celebrating the birthday of a familiar face. The actress took to Instagram with a string of snaps as he headed to the bash of Lee Brennan with her husband Robert Beck.

Jane, who is known for playing Leanne Battersby in the ITV soap, could be seen standing on one side of the 911 star and beaming for the camera while her hubby, who recently returned to Emmerdale as bad boy Harry, stood on the other side of Lee pulling the same arms-crossed pose as the birthday boy.

Other photos saw Jane posing with Lee and the other members of the nineties pop group - Jimmy Constable and Spike Dawbarn - before she ended her carousel of images with one of her cosying up to her former Brookside and Hollyoaks star hubby Rob as they flashed a smile for the camera.

"When your friend is 50 but still looks 24! Happy birthday @mrleebrennan," Jane started the caption of her post. "Me and @robertbeck529 had such a lovely night. Great to see you all @ninapek @jimmyconstable @spikedawbarn - it was like no time had passed #90’s #911 good times," she added.

Lee was quick to respond to the post, writing: "Ha I’ll take that. Such a brilliant catch up with everyone and so good to see you two beauts." But Jane's fans and followers couldn't get over Lee celebrating his 50th birthday.
