Erik ten Hag's kind gesture goes down well as Manchester United choose unique Las Vegas hotel

Elvis sang that Las Vegas would set his soul on fire but Manchester United players will not have a chance to succumb to its temptations.

United are staying at the Westin Hotel & Spa, one of the few in Las Vegas without a casino. Their chef, Omar Meziane, made the most of flying ahead of the team by exploring the Strip ahead of the players' arrival on Saturday evening.

None of the United players will attend the Errol Spence Jr. vs Terence Crawford fight at the MGM as it is the night before their final pre-season tour friendly against Borussia Dortmund. United fly home straight after the match at the Allegiant Stadium on Sunday night.

Friday was a day off for United players. Harry Maguire, Mason Mount, Scott McTominay and Dean Henderson played a round at Torrey Pines golf course, where Jon Rahm won the US Open in 2021, while others spent the day with their families who had flown over.
